The shipped /cast persistent frame as of PR #1007 — RoomMemoryRibbon, MainStage with selectable modes, BottomDock with participant strip, reactions, and QR. This is the architecture all 5 variants below plug into; the variants differ only in visual language, not in regions or data flow.
The existing surface — what someone sees today when they open /cast. Includes the four MainStage modes (ambient, live collaboration, ai interruption, executive), the stub surfaces (idle, team pulse, team wall), the meeting cutover view, and the dev gallery. Use this as the visual baseline when scoring the new variants below.

A farm-community register for /cast — alice is the ox at the plow pulling a fresh furrow ("commit to friday" turning up as wheat-gold soil). The center pane is a literal field with crop rows for each chapter — harvested, tilling now, set aside, unplanted. The granary on the right bundles fresh decisions into hay sheaves with sage twine and wax seals. The AI is the ox: "🐂 the ox says — chen has had her flag up for 2 minutes — should we bring her in before bundling friday?" The bottom dock is a wood-plank barn porch with bushel-basket reaction counters and a chalkboard QR.

An RPG party adventure for /cast — alice is the Strategist holding the floor at Lv 7. Chen is a Catalyst with a violet "⚔ QUEUED TO ACT" chip pulsing — she's challenging next. The center pane is a Slay-the-Spire branching map showing where the party has been (cleared encounters), where they are now ("BOSS ROOM: Q3 COMMITMENTS" with a 4/5 voices-heard HP bar), and what's locked ahead. The AI is the Narrator in violet ("the party considers a hard commitment…"). The friday decision lands as a 🏆 LEGENDARY DROP with a gold particle burst and stats earned ("Wisdom +200, Bond Strength +1"). Class crests + XP carry across sessions — your party levels up over time.
